ERP Deployment Data Analyst We are seeking a motivated and skilled ERP Deployment Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about data transformation and migration, eager to learn, and ready to advance their career in SAP deployment within a global manufacturing environment. Responsibilities: Collaborate in an agile environment with business and technical teams to identify data migration requirements and dependencies. Execute data mapping and migration activities in coordination with business and functional analysts. Support data cleanup efforts and ensure data quality throughout the migration process. Work with data conversion and load teams to drive end-to-end migration activities. Develop and apply data quality and readiness checks, identifying solution changes that may impact validations. Troubleshoot data extraction, conversion, and load errors. Validate the accuracy of migrated data and ensure timely delivery of expected outcomes. Contribute to the development of lifecycle processes for data management. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Management, or related field. Experience in master data management, governance, or data migration. Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing processes or environments applying data governance principles. At least 3 years of hands-on experience with data tables and ETL processes (Extract, Transform, Load). Minimum 3 years of experience working in SAP environments. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Advanced Excel skills and intermediate proficiency in SQL. Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in multicultural teams. Organized, detail-oriented, and persistent.
