Job Title: Junior Production and Material Planner Pay Range: $25.50 - $30.00 Hourly Location: City of Industry, Los Angeles What you will DO: Analyze and manage computer parts inventory levels using the company's systems, spreadsheets, etc. Allocate computer parts across assembly parties and warehouse locations for production. Provide support to product management by assisting in production forecasting, issuing work orders, and transferring orders to assembly parties. Assist in closing assembly orders and consigned parts' orders in the system. Ensure timely delivery of assembly products by closely monitoring production lead times. Coordinate pickup arrangements between assembly parties and delivery truck companies. Manage parts RTV or RMA processes with internal departments and external assembly parties. Occasionally, facilitate urgent parts delivery or pickup between warehouses. What you will NEED: Minimum of 1-2 years of computer parts planning and production assistant experience. College degree preferred. Fluent in both English and Chinese (listening, speaking, reading, and writing). Skilled user of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Google Docs. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
