Sales Closer – Legal Services Location: On-site – Masaryk, Polanco (Mexico City) Hours: Monday–Friday 10am–8pm | Saturday 10am–6pm Base Salary: $30,000 MXN/month aggressive commission per sale Language: Fluent English and Spanish required About Us: We’re a U.S.-based immigration law firm with offices in California and Mexico City. Our team helps qualified individuals take the final step in securing their legal status in the United States — and we’re looking for a seasoned closer to help guide them through that decision. This is not cold calling. Every lead you speak to is pre-qualified and looking for help . Your job? Close the deal and change their life. What You’ll Do: Speak with warm leads who’ve already completed a legal screening and are actively looking to hire Build trust quickly, uncover pain points, and close the sale on the same day when possible Manage your own sales pipeline and follow-ups — no hand-holding Use tried-and-true sales techniques to handle objections and drive urgency Collaborate with intake and legal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding process Who You Are: A high-performing closer with at least 5 years of experience in sales (phone-based or legal services preferred) Hungry, disciplined, and confident in high-stakes conversations Emotionally intelligent and persuasive, especially under pressure Bilingual (English and Spanish) and culturally aware of the Latino community in the U.S. Organized and independent — you know how to run your own pipeline Comfortable working full-time, including Saturdays, in an on-site role What We Offer: A solid base salary of $30,000 MXN/month net Uncapped commission structure — top performers earn serious bonuses Fully qualified leads — no cold calling, no chasing A stable U.S. law firm with a professional and fast-paced environment The opportunity to sell with purpose — helping people legally change their lives Interested?
