They are seeking an experienced Corporate Finance Attorney to join their thriving business practice, with a strong focus on advising startups and growth-stage companies. This full-time, direct hire role offers a base salary of $150,000 - $200,000 plus a strong discretionary bonus, profit sharing, and robust benefits. Who We're Looking For We're seeking a collaborative and business-minded attorney with a solid background advising startups, emerging companies, and investors on a wide range of corporate finance matters. The ideal candidate brings a proactive approach to client service and enjoys working closely with founders, entrepreneurs, and innovative companies at all stages of growth. A background in venture capital financing, mergers and acquisitions, and general outside counsel services will position you for success in this role.
