Key Responsibilities Tax Services: Prepare tax returns for Individuals, Corporations, S-Corps, LLCs, and Partnerships Bonus: Experience with Non-Profit, Estate, and Trust returns Analyze and respond to tax notices Deliver tax insights and guidance to clients, helping them navigate complex issues and optimize outcomes Support tax planning strategies and contribute to client relationship development Assist in reviewing and checking tax returns prepared by other team members for accuracy and completeness Accounting & Compliance: Handle quarterly payroll and sales tax filings Prepare financial statements and perform QuickBooks reconciliations Assist in reviewing financial statements for accuracy and consistency Be available during tax season for extended hours, including weekends Qualifications 5 years of accounting and/or tax experience Preferred: Enrolled Agent (EA) and/or CTEC-Registered Tax Preparer Proficiency in QuickBooks (Online/Desktop) and Microsoft Office Experience with Lacerte tax software is a plus Strong communication, organization, and analytical skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Spanish bilingual is a plus We value diverse backgrounds and encourage candidates who meet most, but not all, of the qualifications to apply.
