Our firm specializes in civil litigation with a strong emphasis on contract, business, and real property disputes. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with 1 to 3 years of experience who is eager to develop their litigation skills in a supportive and professional environment. Key Responsibilities: · Analyze and draft legal documents, including motions and discovery requests · Gather and assess relevant information from involved parties · Evaluate evidence and develop case strategies · Conduct thorough legal research · Prepare and respond to discovery · Interpret legal documents and clearly explain implications to clients · Collect evidence to support negotiations and settlement discussions · Represent clients in court appearances as needed · Assist with trial preparation and attend trial when required Qualifications: · J.D. from an accredited law school · Active license to practice law in the State of California (required) · 1–3 years of relevant legal experience · Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills · Excellent written and verbal communication abilities · Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Compensation: Salary range: $90,000 – $110,000, commensurate with experience Benefits: · IRA matching · Paid time off · Health insurance Phone inquiries will not be accepted.
