Larson & Gaston LLP is seeking a skilled and motivated attorney to join our dynamic litigation team. This full-time position offers a hybrid-flexible schedule following a 90-day onboarding period in the office. We’re looking for someone ready to take ownership of active cases and contribute meaningfully from day one. Our firm represents clients across various industries, including business, transportation, employment, real estate, and insurance. The ideal candidate will have substantial litigation experience, including depositions, hearings, mediations, and developing effective case strategies. Familiarity with class action defense, employment law, or transportation litigation is highly desirable. Responsibilities may also include drafting contracts and reviewing real estate transactions. Candidates must be comfortable managing cases independently or under the supervision of a partner. Compensation: Competitive and commensurate with experience.
