Technologist

We are currently seeking to our plant in Redovan, Alicante, a highly motivated and experienced Technologist to join our team and contribute to cutting-edge technological projects that shape the future of bathroom equipment. ️ Your main responsibilities: Monitor and optimize technological processes to reduce production waste Participate in R&D activities related to technology and innovation Collaborate closely with our Innovation Centre and top-tier customers Define raw material specifications and qualify new suppliers and materials Lead and support technical tests for new materials, machinery, and moulds Contribute to CAPEX project development and business case preparation Conduct laboratory tests on raw materials and finished products Support local and international project teams in process design and technical requirements Participate in FMEA, problem-solving, and continuous improvement initiatives Contribute to ESG and sustainability projects across the group Your profile: Master's degree in Chemical Technology, Process Engineering, Materials Science or related fields At least 2 years of experience in production, laboratory, or development roles Fluent in Spanish; intermediate English level sufficient for professional communication Willingness to travel and valid Category B driving license Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 Nice to have: Knowledge of polyester/polyurethane technologies Familiarity with REACH regulations , environmental or waste policies Experience in greenfield/brownfield projects Background in collaboration with external tech providers Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks , or similar software Understanding of Lean / Six Sigma and value stream mapping What we offer: Join a successful and rapidly growing international company Be part of the leading brand in the engineered stone bathroom market Work on meaningful projects with real impact on process and performance Influence the creation of a modern, agile technological organization Collaborate in multidisciplinary and international teams Drive change in continuous improvement and ESG initiatives At ESG, we believe that your authenticity empowers our team.
