As the key market for growth, we are looking for PCR&TBR Sales Manager to join our sales team to support our clients in sub-regions. Essential Functions: Promote products, visit and maintain mine customers; Responsible for providing on-site services for mine customers; Output product requirements, organize tire road test and tracking; Train customers in product knowledge and assist business departments to collect channel information; Abnormal product quality information feedback, and assist the sales to achieve the sales target. Skills and Qualifications: Driving force: Sales professional identity, goal commitment and pursuit. Professional ability : Customer-centrism, customer judgment and follow-up, work planning and execution. General ability :learning and reflection, communication influence, emotion management and stress coping. English language is a must. Preferred Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree: Engineering, Marketing or Sales, or equivalent number of years of experience; More than 1 years experience in OTR tires business. Working experience in the tire enterprises/Mining Company is preferred.
