Digital Procurement Specialist

We are looking for a Digital Procurement Specialist to join a stable, long-term position within a leading multinational group in the aviation and travel industry. In this role, you will act as the link between procurement and technology, supporting digital tools, enabling users, and driving continuous improvement to enhance efficiency, compliance, and innovation across the organisation’s procurement function. Key Responsibilities: Provide day-to-day system support, monitor performance, and lead enhancements. Deliver training and develop user-friendly materials to promote digital adoption. Gather feedback to implement improvements and integrate innovative technologies. Work with product management and IT to align systems with business objectives. Qualifications & Skills: Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related field. 2–3 years’ experience in procurement or digital systems preferred. Knowledge of procurement processes, preferably in global companies. Experience managing change involving people, processes, and technology. Familiarity with performance monitoring and corporate compliance standards. Strong project management, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills. Business and procurement acumen with analytical problem-solving ability. Proficient in English and Microsoft Office tools.
