Technical Consultant – Oracle, Linux & AI-Powered Retail Solutions Location : Madrid (Hybrid Working Model) Job-Type : Permanent Salary : €40,000 – €55,000 Benefits We’re partnering with a leading global enterprise AI SaaS provider specialising in retail, seeking a Technical Consultant to join their expanding Madrid team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled technical specialist to support the deployment and integration of AI-powered retail solutions—bringing real-world impact to leading clients in the retail and supply chain sectors. This role blends technical consulting, customer interaction, and implementation expertise. It’s ideal for a PL/SQL developer, systems consultant, or solution engineer looking to make the leap into a dynamic client-facing role at the cutting edge of AI-driven retail transformation. You’ll work with Oracle databases, Linux environments, and modern integration tools to bring enterprise-scale projects to life—while collaborating with colleagues across the globe. Key Responsibilities • Deliver technical consulting and implementation support across a portfolio of AI-powered retail solutions • Design and develop custom enhancements using Oracle DB and PL/SQL • Configure and maintain systems in Linux environments, scripting in Bash • Troubleshoot and resolve complex system and integration issues • Work cross-functionally with international teams to ensure successful deployments • Support client onboarding, system integration, and data migration processes • Create and maintain clear technical documentation • Deliver training and support to client stakeholders • Participate in client calls and provide hands-on technical expertise Key Skills & Expertise • 3 years of hands-on experience with Oracle databases and PL/SQL development • Solid working knowledge of Linux systems administration and Bash scripting • Familiarity with Java or JavaScript in integration/customisation contexts • Strong written and verbal communication skills – Spanish and English required • Experience in technical client support or consulting roles • Ability to collaborate with global teams and work independently • High attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and customer-first approach Desirable Skills • Experience in the retail or supply chain technology sector • Familiarity with data migration or enterprise system integration • Exposure to project management frameworks • Understanding of AI or data-driven SaaS products The Package • €40,000 – €55,000 base salary • Flexible hybrid working model • Comprehensive benefits package • Exposure to cutting-edge AI solutions • Access to the latest tools and technologies • Inclusive culture with global collaboration and career growth If this sounds like you, apply below or reach out to Declan Bryson at Anson McCade on 07529 161950 quoting the reference: Technical Consultant AMC/DB/TC/MAD Technical Consultant
