Project Manager

ROLE: We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to drive the execution of our projects in the Italian site, based in La Spezia. RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead and coordinate project activities and stakeholders from tender transfer to close-out including: Be accountable for project Quality-Cost-Delivery performance and optimize Project Financial performance (Margin & Cash) Be responsible for the project governance. Define project strategy, objectives and schedule according to a Design For Quality development in order to achieve customer satisfaction in the frame of the Contract Lead a multi-site/multi-department project team to achieve their objectives, synchronizing internal partners and arbitrating when necessary Proactive risk, saving and opportunity management Lead communication with the customers Management of the project progress and its KPIs, and reports to senior management Support Key Account Managers in the management of variation orders Manage claim and litigations if needed MAIN REQUIRED COMPETENCES Educational Requirements Mandatory: Master degree (Engineering, Economy) Desirable: PMI-PMP certification Experience Mandatory: 5/10 years experience as qualified project manager Experience of working in and with multi-national companies and in different business cultures Desirable: Experience in the Railway field Competencies & Skills Knowledge of Project management processes Excellent organizational and communication skills Team management (capacity to coordinate and ensure collaboration of multi-site/multi-department teams) Leadership, entrepreneurship mindset and result oriented Negotiation skills Multitasking Ability to work under stress Attention to details Knowledge of railway products and systems is desirable Fluent in Italian and English is mandatory, French is considered a plus Proficency with MS Office Suite and MS Project WHAT WE OFFER: Competitive salary, based on your actual experience Friendly, professional team Remote work: up to n.2 days/week of smart working Ticket restaurant Company paid courses and trainings to advance your skills By joining us, you will become part of a project where every experience and skill is valued.
