Distribution Planner

Exide is looking for a Distribution Planner . Reporting to local Distribution Center Manager, he/she will manage and plan the movement of goods in the supply chain; he/she will be responsible of the storage and the delivery of goods as per Customer Orders. He/she will manage local Customers' Order Portfolio. The Distribution Planner will support the management of warehousing. Customer satisfaction in a timely and cost efficient way is key. Main tasks: · Managing CO portfolio generating shipping plans to meet customer demands · Analyzing data, monitoring the quality, quantity and efficiency of goods storage and planning improvements in case of deviation from the requirements · Maintaining contact with internal customers. Continuous and effective communication internally and externally (other departments/functions and suppliers/customers); · Ensuring customer satisfaction, KPI attainment and quality of delivery in compliance with Company policies · Troubleshooting delivery problems and providing solutions to internal customers. Requirements: · Bachelor’s degree preferably in Engineering (Logistics or Management or Mechanical) or Business Administration, or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job; · Minimum 1-2 year experience in logistics or distribution or other relevant experience from Production or Quality department; · English minimum B1; · Perfect command of MS Suite (especially Excel) and ability and willingness to learn new software applications; · Good communication and team-working skills; · Ability to work in cross-functional teams, goal orientation, proactivity, Exide offers: joining a multinational company, interesting salary package, company meals service, hybrid work, possibility to grow in an international environment (cross-country projects and roles).
