Job Description

Title: Order Mgt Cust Service Reports To: Inside Sales Manager Location: CDMX, Mexico Employment Type: Full-Time Pay Type: Hourly Department: Operations FLSA Class: Nonexempt Job Summary The candidate will be responsible to perform order management, Logistics coordination for DAP deliveries, and Customer service supporting our sales team in Mexico and Latin America. This position will also perform Inside Sales activities for Mexico and Latin America, for smaller accounts, in coordination with the sales team. This position will be based in our CDMX office, reporting to the Inside Sales LATAM Manager, based in Brazil, and dotted line to the Mexico VP. Essential Job functions: Support the sales team on preparing importation requests in the ERP. Work with our OMIE CRM and ERP. Perform order management with our HALO factories in Tustin CA, Belgium, Holland and the UK, as well as eventually with some vendors in Asia (China, Taiwan, Korea). Place orders to factories and vendors and monitor process till equipment reaches our customers or our factory in Campinas. Work with DHL and other operators on logistics, and customs clearance. Work with Logistics and Sales to fine tune our process Order to Cash. Provide weekly backlog report to sales teams, to be shared with customers. Work close to Customers to coordinate the flow of material from Halo to them. Work with TPC Wire for DDP fulfillment. Coordinate TPC work to make flawless deliveries to customers Perform inside sales for T2-T3 customers in Mexico and Latin America, in close coordination to the regional directors and VPs. Required Skills/Abilities: Good communication skills, both written and verbal. Knowledge and fluency in Spanish and English, both spoken and written languages. Portuguese is a plus Understanding of and experience with the technical and procurement processes of target markets Ability to work on own initiative or work as part of a team. Ability to work under pressure. Motivated and enthusiastic Target driven. Always maintain a professional and polite disposition. Ethical behavior and attitude. Education and Experience: College degree education Desired 7-year experience with related functions, whether sales support, order management, customer service or any relevant function on the order to cash cycle.
