Job Title- SAP Data Migration role Contract Job Description Job Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced SAP Data Migration Lead with deep expertise in SAP BODS, S/4HANA Migration Cockpit, and Data Management. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership and technical expertise to manage end-to-end data migration activities across SAP modules for enterprise-scale transformation projects. Key Responsibilities: ● Lead data migration initiatives for SAP ECC to S/4HANA projects. ● Collaborate with functional leads and business stakeholders to define the scope of migration for Master and Transactional data objects. ● Develop and execute Data Migration Strategy, Approach Documents, Execution Plans, and Project Plans. ● Manage and guide cross-functional teams (10 members), addressing technical challenges and ensuring delivery milestones. ● Facilitate data mapping workshops, define data rules, and ensure accurate transformation and loading of data into S/4HANA. ● Oversee and execute mock runs, SIT, UAT, FDR, cutover, and go-live activities. ● Handle complex data quality issues, transformation logic, preload and postload validations. ● Maintain the Data Migration Registry and ensure compliance with all documentation and audit requirements. ● Work with over 90 SAP Master and Transactional objects including but not limited to Customer, Vendor, Material, BOM, GL, AP, AR, SD Condition, and Batch data. Required Qualifications: ● Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field. ● 9 years of experience in SAP Data Migration, including 8 years in SAP BODS and 3 years in SAP HANA. ● Proven experience with LSMW, Enterprise HANA Studio, SDI/SDQ, and database technologies like SQL, HANA, and Oracle. ● Strong leadership experience in managing teams and large-scale SAP data projects. ● Excellent communication skills in English (Professional level) and Hindi (Native). ● Experience in modules such as O2C, P2P, PM, QM, R2R, PP, S2S, and X-Stream.
