Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief Operating Officer (COO) located in Matamoros, TAM. The COO will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, implementing business strategies, managing budgets and financial planning, and ensuring operational efficiency and excellence. The role involves developing and executing operational policies, managing staff, and working closely with other executives to drive growth and profitability. Qualifications Strong skills in Business Planning and Operations Management Proficiency in Finance and Budgeting Excellent Analytical Skills Proven leadership and team management capabilities Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred) Experience in the manufacturing industry 10 years required ERP Experience Fluent in English & Spanish
