First Brands Group is seeking an experienced Sr. Planner The position is remote/bilingual. Key Responsibilities Analyze demand requirements and establish replenishment parameters in MRP system Monitor inventory levels and identify potential stock shortages or excess inventory Collaborate with suppliers to ensure on time delivery of material and execute focused expedites to prevent stock outs Work closely with production planning/scheduling team to ensure raw material availability for finish goods production Communicate inventory status and performance to management and cross-functional teams Identify and implement process improvements to optimize inventory management Requirements High fluency in English required Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or related field 5 years of experience in inventory planning or related field Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and collaboration skills Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Excel Experience working with suppliers and supply chain partners
