SUMMARIZED ACCOUNTABILITY: Order to Cash Transformation Manager will execute support for the S/4HANA implementation program. This role will be responsible for: coordination of Order to Cash program accountabilities, providing leadership across markets as well as, influencing and support of the organizational change as we transform the business. KEY RESPONSABILITIES: Serve as critical liaison between Enterprise stakeholders and the S/4HANA team. Provide guidance and support to Order to Cash process team on a regular basis related to the implementation program. Understand system connectivity and how the data and tools can be used to drive decision making across the enterprise. Participate in key design decisions related to our ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) Global Template & S4/HANA design strategy to operate with an enterprise mindset. Facilitate communication and collaboration between the business, Order to Cash stakeholders, OTC IT team and S/4HANA Supply Chain Leaders. Drive adoption of Order to Cash elements that make sense for their business – including best practices around supply chain activities. Support Organizational Change Management (OCM) activities Support development of training plan and execution of training content SKILLS / EXPERIENCE: Bachelor of Science, Business or Mathematics preferred 10 years of business processes, customer service, or relevant Order to Cash process experience. Project management and training experience. Knowledge of customer service, Order to Cash, Sales, Marketing, transportation and warehousing functions. Change Management. Knowledge of business process management Expert-level English/Spanish, bilingual Cross-functional facilitation, collaboration, and being a change agent​. SAP expert (S/4Hanna), knowledge of Salesforce and Power BI preferred. Ability to travel when needed (20% of time).
