Position Summary We are looking for a Project Architect to join a U.S.-based design and engineering firm. You will be responsible for preparing architectural plans and designs for a variety of residential and commercial projects, collaborating with licensed engineers and architects, and assisting in all stages from schematic design to construction documentation. Key Responsibilities Prepare architectural plans and designs for residential and commercial projects. Utilize AutoCAD and Revit for design development and documentation. Collaborate with licensed Professional Engineers (P.E.) and Registered Architects (R.A.) on design drawings and project execution. Produce detailed scale drawings, architectural designs, and interior designs. Assist in the full development process from land planning to construction details. Coordinate with contractors to ensure accurate construction execution. Deliver creative design solutions within project timeframes and budget constraints. Qualifications Experience: Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, or related field. 2 years of experience as a Project Architect, Architectural Engineer, or related role. 2 years of experience using AutoCAD and Revit. Skills: Strong knowledge of architectural design processes and construction documentation. Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers and contractors.
