Now Hiring: Senior Interior Designer – High-End Residential (FF&E-Focused) London | International Projects | Full-Time We’re working with a beautifully boutique interior design studio that’s renowned for delivering luxurious, bespoke interiors to an international clientele. They’re now looking to welcome a Senior Interior Designer to their talented team – someone who can appreciate the beauty of the perfect wallpaper , but also knows exactly where and how it should live within a space. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a warm, design-driven studio whose aesthetic blends contemporary British design with Mediterranean elegance – think timeless palettes, artisan craftsmanship, and homes filled with personality and purpose. The Role: This position is ideal for a creative and confident Senior Interior Designer with a strong background in luxury residential projects and an expert-level understanding of FF&E . You’ll lead on projects from concept to completion, bringing a thoughtful, detail-obsessed approach to every layer of the design. Key Responsibilities: Leading design direction and development across global residential projects Creating elevated, cohesive FF&E schemes with a luxury focus Sourcing, specifying, and coordinating furnishings and finishes Presenting to high-net-worth clients with polish and charm Collaborating closely with internal teams, external consultants, and artisans Guiding and mentoring junior designers Managing project timelines and budgets efficiently What We’re Looking For: A minimum of 6 years’ experience in high-end residential interior design Strong FF&E knowledge and a passion for beautifully curated interiors A portfolio showcasing refined, bespoke work with excellent attention to detail Confident client-facing skills and an ability to present ideas clearly and elegantly A collaborative, positive approach and the ability to lead projects independently Organised, proactive, and solutions-focused What’s on Offer: Work on stunning international homes with discerning clients A creative, supportive, and close-knit studio environment An aesthetic that truly celebrates design details and individuality Opportunities for professional growth and leadership Hybrid working and occasional travel, where required This role would suit a designer who sees the magic in materials, values craft, and believes that every room should tell a story.
