I'm excited to share this truly exciting Founding opportunity with a super-cool start-up who are revolutionising the vaping industry - to make vaping safer and healthier They're on the hunt for a Head of eCom/Product (Growth) to have full ownership and lead their entire digital arm. They are able to offer highly competitive salaries with favourable equity. They don’t have a set budget - and are happy to pay what it takes to secure top talent as this is a key role for them. Ideally - London hybrid. Can consider UK remote-first, Montreal (hybrid) or US for the right candidate. The Opportunity: This is a founding level hire to lead the digital arm of the business, including acquisition, ecom and product optimisation Key Challenge: Finding creative ways to drive user growth for nicotine products (vapes), in a market where traditional advertising channels like Meta and Google Ads are restricted. Critical role to drive online revenue, optimise conversion funnel, and prove traction for next raise (2026) Ownership of P&L Managing and building the tech product and optimisation, managing customer journey from discovery to purchase and retention Growth-focused role: acquisition, conversion and retention Required Skills: Proven 0-1 growth and product delivery experience in consumer startups - ideally from scratch and scaled to £100M Experience operating in restricted/regulated environments (alcohol, gambling, vaping), OR the ability to acquire users creatively without relying on Meta/Google ads - comfortable working without a traditional playbook Owning and managing P&L Hands-on experience with digital product optimisation, funnel analysis, and acquisition metrics (CAC, LTV) If this is of interest, please apply to this advert or drop me an email saffy.patel@fewandfar.io.
