Quantity Surveyor

OCU Group is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team in Peterborough. You’ll play a key role in managing project costs, ensuring value for money, and supporting the delivery of high-quality infrastructure projects. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and manage project budgets and cost plans Conduct valuations and manage subcontractor payments Monitor project progress and provide financial reports Ensure compliance with contractual and commercial requirements Requirements: Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within utilities or infrastructure Strong analytical and negotiation skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities Why Join OCU Group?
