Assign tasks in line with construction schedules and ensure top-tier productivity. Coordinate material deliveries and maintain a detailed project photographic diary. Lead coordination and handover meetings with teams and stakeholders. Monitor attendance, performance, and overall personnel productivity. Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with quality codes. Provide technical support and guidance to ensure flawless electrical installations. Liaise with engineering teams to meet project standards and timelines. What You'll Need to Succeed: A trade background or degree qualification with 3–7 years of experience supervising large installation crews and subcontractors.
