Business is flowing in and there is at least enough work for a further Conveyancer to join the team You will deliver expert legal advice on all aspects of residential property law to include: Oversee the entire conveyancing process, from initial instructions to post-completion matters Sales & purchases of residential property Transfers and remortgages Drafting and review all legal documents, contracts, and agreements Conducting comprehensive legal research Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other relevant parties to ensure smooth and efficient completions Undertake due diligence and title investigations Identify potential issues or risks What experience do you need: 5 years' PQE A very strong background in conveyancing What next?
