We’re working with a long-standing, high-performing recruitment business that’s looking to expand into Newcastle and is now ready to launch a new office in the city. They’re seeking a senior consultant who has the drive, credibility, and experience to take the lead in opening and growing the business here. This is a unique opportunity for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset who’s looking for ownership , autonomy , and long-term growth - both in their desk and in building a team. What You’ll Be Doing: Establish and grow a profitable desk in one of the company’s core sectors: Logistics, Industrial, Construction, Energy, or M&E Act as the lead recruiter for the Newcastle region Build and nurture client relationships — you’ll be trusted to get on with it Eventually hire and lead a team around you as the office grows Collaborate with a wider team of experienced consultants across the UK What We’re Looking For: A proven 360 recruiter with at least 3 years’ experience Sector expertise in Logistics, Industrial, Construction, Energy, or M&E Self-motivated and driven to build something long-term Ready to work on-site and lay the foundations for a new office Comfortable with the responsibility of delivering results and leading growth What’s On Offer: £35,000 – £50,000 base salary (DOE) Uncapped commission structure : UP TO 20% as well as a management commission scheme OTE of £100k Support from a successful senior team with no micromanagement Long-term opportunity to lead and manage a new regional branch Real autonomy - with the security of a well-backed business This is your chance to be the driving force behind a new regional office - with serious backing and belief.
