Quantity Surveyor – Residential / Timber Frame Specialist Leicestershire Up to £50,000 Car Allowance Bonus Benefits Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a background in residential construction and timber frame projects local to Leicestershire? Competitive salary up to £50,000 (depending on experience) £5,000 car allowance 25 days holiday option to buy 5 additional days Private health insurance Annual performance-based bonus Small supportive team culture Office-based role with occasional site visits and occasional flexibility to work from home when needed What You’ll Be Doing Taking full commercial responsibility for 3–4 live residential sites Procuring and negotiating subcontractor packages Working closely with construction and technical teams to align tender requirements Placing and managing orders within strict budgets and to exact client specifications Arranging and attending pre-let meetings with subcontractors Processing fortnightly/monthly subcontractor payments Attending sites as needed (typically twice per month) for valuations, meetings, and inspections ✅ What We’re Looking For Previous experience in a Quantity Surveyor role within the residential construction sector Strong knowledge of timber frame construction Based in or around Leicestershire for an easy commute Excellent negotiation, communication, and budgeting skills For more information, please apply with an up to date CV to Becky Kitson at Kitson Associates.
