Senior Competition Lawyer (8 PQE) – 12-Month Contract (with strong potential to extend) Location: London (Hybrid) Contract: Fixed Term – Initial 12 months PQE: 8 years Start Date: ASAP A highly regarded prestigious London law firm with a standout reputation in group litigation and competition damages claims is looking to appoint a Senior Competition Litigator (8 PQE) to join its specialist team on a 12-month contract , with strong potential for extension. You’ll be working closely with two of the firm’s most senior partners on a major and widely publicised competition damages case , representing a substantial group of claimants in a matter currently progressing through the Competition Appeal Tribunal (CAT) . The case arises from a significant cartel decision by the European Commission, and the firm is acting as lead solicitor in the collective action.
