As they continue to invest in developing future-ready leaders, they’re hiring an experienced Senior Manager – Talent Development & Learning to help shape and deliver impactful leadership and learning strategies. The role sits at the heart of their global talent development strategy, working closely with senior stakeholders to design and lead high-impact learning programmes that drive real business outcomes. We’re ideally looking for someone with a background in investment management or financial/professional services, who understands the importance of aligning learning with business transformation and can operate confidently with senior leaders. Summary of the role and key responsibilities Deep expertise in learning design, facilitation, and programme evaluation—especially in leadership development. A strong track record of delivering large-scale learning initiatives in complex, global organisations. Confident working with and influencing senior stakeholders. A strategic thinker who can connect learning to business transformation and change. Comfortable working in ambiguity and leading through influence. Experience managing external learning partners and vendors. A champion for inclusion and learner-centred design. Someone who brings curiosity, creativity, and a growth mindset to everything they do.
