A leading national health charity is hiring an Interim Head of Individual Giving and Legacies to drive income, support a high-performing team, and keep delivery on track during a major organisational shift. Job title: Interim Head of Individual Giving and Legacies Salary: £35.77 per hour holiday pay Location: Hybrid – occasional travel to London (approx. 1–2 days/month) Contract: 3–6 months, full-time Start date: ASAP Why this role matters This is a period of bold investment and transformation for the charity – and Individual Giving is central to that vision. With the current postholder stepping down in September, we’re looking for an experienced interim to provide confident, capable leadership through the transition. You’ll join a well-established and stable legacies programme and oversee a multi-product individual giving portfolio, including direct mail, face-to-face, raffle and cold acquisition. There are live campaigns to deliver, a new CRM system being introduced, and a new Director of Income Generation joining the team in September – so this is a pivotal leadership role at a moment of real change and opportunity.
