Performance Marketing Specialist/Manager DTC £40,000-£55,000 base EMI share options Remote - 2-6 days a month in the office (SW England) Join a challenger brand that’s redefining a fast-growing wellness niche. The Performance Marketing Specialist/Manager will lead end-to-end media buying across Meta, Google, and emerging platforms, with full control over a six-figure monthly budget. Reporting into a flat, hands-on team, you’ll shape the ad strategy, steer creative production, and push performance beyond platform metrics—right through to profitable growth.
