Legal Counsel (NQ-2 years PQE) opportunity with a Global FTSE 250 company - Derbyshire

We are working with a Global FTSE 250 company who are seeking a Commercial Lawyer to provide legal support across the Group’s businesses. Key Responsibilities: Advising, drafting, and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements (in particular: including supplier, marketing, IT, franchising, and finance contracts) Handle commercial disputes and litigation Advise on marketing compliance (CAP Code), promotions, and draft related T&Cs Support e-commerce and digital marketing legal matters Draft wholesale and concession agreements Manage IP licensing for own and third-party brands Advise on customer complaints and small claims Support M&A activity, including due diligence and drafting transaction documents Skillset: NQ to 2 years PQE Solid commercial contracts negotiation experience Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment where priorities are ever changing Strong communicator If you have at the skills described above and are interested in discussing in more detail, please kindly share your CV with Sarah - sturnbull@kgglobal.co.uk
