Employment Solicitor - Associate / Senior Associate

The Role This is an exciting opportunity for an Employment Associate or Senior Associate (3–6 PQE) to join the growing London office. You will advise clients on the full spectrum of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, often within a fast-paced commercial context involving high value and complex cross-border matters. Key areas of work include: Day to day advisory work for major corporate clients Employment aspects of commercial transactions, outsourcings and TUPE transfers Employment Tribunal, High Court, and appellate litigation Collective consultation matters, redundancies and industrial relations High-level investigations, including regulatory-related issues Strategic advice on regulatory change and compliance projects You’ll work closely with a highly experienced team of over 50 employment lawyers, while also collaborating across the firm’s extensive international employment group on multi-jurisdictional matters.
