Group Manager

Award- winning Boutique Cosmetic Dental Group Smile Rooms is a group of boutique cosmetic dental practices, providing orthodontic, cosmetic, and general care to their patients across Berkshire, London, and Buckinghamshire. With further growth plans to develop 5 highly successful locations in the near future. We are looking to recruit an experienced Group Manager to join us on this journey. The Role Looking for a dynamic candidate with a hands-on approach to assist and provide leadership to our team of motivated, competent, and experienced practice managers. You will have experience in leading and developing teams within the dental sector and an understanding of the importance of driving excellence in patient journeys as well a proven background in business development, revenue growth and a strong understanding of CQC regulatory compliance. This position requires a strong people manager who excels at supporting, motivating, and developing their team. You will also have excellent communication skills and an ability to build rapport with a variety of team members. You will be a true people person and thrive on interacting with and getting the best out of those around you. Dealing with complex situations proactively with diplomacy will be second nature to you. We also require a solid working background from within the dental industry. You will also need exceptional organisational skills with an ability to demonstrate a proven track record of achievements and have a background in driving business growth. This role would suit a natural motivator who leads by example is as passionate about dentistry as we are! This role will be working across locations in Berkshire, Surrey and Buckinghamshire, there will be a requirement to travel to all of our sites on a weekly basis.
