Senior Project Manager - Global Onboarding Transformation London (Hybrid) | Global Stakeholder Engagement | Full-Time | Contract A leading financial institution is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a high-impact transformation of onboarding processes across multiple global business streams. This is a unique opportunity to drive meaningful change in a complex, fast-paced environment. Rate: up to £800pd inside ir35 via umbrella Key Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end redesign of onboarding processes across 15 independent streams. Deliver weekly progress reports and updates to the steering committee. Operate with minimal supervision, taking full ownership of planning and execution. Collaborate with stakeholders across APAC, New York, and London. Ensure onboarding is positioned as a strategic enabler for business success. ✅ Ideal Candidate: 10 years' experience in project or program management, ideally within financial services. Proven track record managing complex, multi-stream initiatives. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Experience in large, matrixed organizations is highly desirable. Previous experience in similar environments is a plus.
