Legal Counsel

Legal Counsel: We are partnering with a digital bank that is looking to appoint a Legal Counsel to join their in-house legal team on an interim basis for a period of three months. The ideal candidate will play a key role in advising and supporting stakeholders at all levels, including senior management, across the organisations operations and strategic initiatives. Duties: Drafting and negotiating agreements with a wide variety of customers partners and suppliers Reviewing, drafting and negotiating terms and conditions (including B2B and B2C), providing advice and supporting internal projects and working groups Developing and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders across the business Key Details: Start Date: ASAP start Contract Length: 3 months Location: Hybrid working, London-based Candidate must be a UK qualified solicitor Candidate must have experience in payments and banking regulations - Fintech experience is preferred If you are interested in applying for this position, or know anyone who may be, please do not hesitate to get in touch with Marnie Andrews on madrews@venngroup.com
