In this role, you will work across a diverse portfolio of commercial, industrial, and mixed-use properties, delivering a broad range of professional and project services. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a wide range of building surveying instructions, including technical due diligence, defect analysis, dilapidations, and reinstatement cost assessments. Deliver project management services on refurbishment and fit-out schemes from inception to completion. Advise clients on property maintenance, refurbishment strategies, and asset improvement. Support and mentor junior team members, contributing to their professional development. Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business. About You MRICS qualified with at least 3–5 years post-qualification experience. Strong technical knowledge and experience across core building surveying disciplines. Proven ability to manage complex projects and professional instructions independently. Commercially minded with excellent communication and report writing skills.
