As VP of Europe, you won’t just hit quotas — you’ll build and lead a high-performance team across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Field Engineering. What you bring to the table • 10 years of leading cross-functional GTM teams, ideally in B2B SaaS, tech, or fleet/logistics. • A proven track record of smashing regional revenue targets. • Experience scaling customer-facing teams in Europe. • Commercial acumen paired with strategic vision and operational rigour. • A bias for action. You’re entrepreneurial, hands-on, and love building from the ground up.
