Senior Quantity Surveyor

Our Client are leading residential developer who cover the whole of the UK, they have seen year on year growth and have a strong pipeline of work for the foreseeable. They are currently looking to hire a Quantity Surveyor for a residential development in Kent which will comprise of 300 units, these will be a mixture of 2, 3 and 4 bedroom houses reporting into the Commercial Manager. This a new site for the business going on site live in January so the initial stages you will be involved in the procurement stages of the project so it is a great time to get involved. Key Responsibilities: Schedule and manage material and labour requirements Prepare and monitor budgets and forecasts Process payments and manage subcontractor orders and variations Work with internal teams to improve project cost-effectiveness Attend site and project meetings to assess progress and value completed works Maintain accurate records using COINS and other systems Requirements: Knowledge of Building Regulations, NHBC, and HSE standards Relevant qualification in construction or commercial management Strong analytical and communication skills Proficiency in Excel and commercial systems (COINS preferred)
