We are expanding our Data Engineering Recruitment desk in the UK , focused on permanent and FTE hires. You'll be working alongside some of the UK’s most well-connected data recruiters, including Matt Jones , Niall Wharton , Luke Adams , Bailey Snow , Paul Culmer , and two new experienced team members joining in June 2025 and July 2025 respectively! Over the last 20 years, we have established ourselves as one of the go-to’s for data and AI recruitment in the UK through our industry leading networking events and roundtables, including: Speed Data-ing bringing together leaders in the data community Chief Data Officer roundtables In-person networking events put on for data professionals TA breakfast events Podcasts and interviews We are open to bringing in Trainee Recruiters / Graduate Recruitment Consultants through to Senior Recruitment Consultants and Principal Recruitment Consultants. In 2025 we supported 152 clients with their data and AI recruitment alone Industry leading commission scheme which pays monthly, up to 40% Fantastic new office right outside Euston station. We operate a hybrid policy – in office 3 days a week for experienced Consultants or above, 4 days a week for (Junior/) Consultants.
