Passive Fire Quantity Surveyor

Are you a commercially driven professional with experience in passive fire protection? We’re recruiting for our client based in Manchester. Key Responsibilities: Manage all commercial aspects of passive fire protection projects Oversee procurement, valuations, change control and final accounts Ensure accurate cost control, forecasting, and reporting Work closely with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery Support commercial best practices and continuous process improvement Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and safety standards What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in Passive Fire Protection (particularly firestopping and fire doors) Background in quantity surveying or commercial management (construction or fire protection sectors preferred) Strong knowledge of JCT and/or NEC contracts Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills Apply now or get in touch with Hollie for a confidential conversation on 07947722417.
