Senior Legal Counsel

Are you a seasoned commercial lawyer with a strong background in telecoms, networks, or large-scale infrastructure contracts? Our client who is a leading telecommunications giant who is seeking a high-calibre Senior Commercial Lawyer to support its expanding legal and commercial operations. You will play a key role in advising on complex commercial agreements, particularly around network infrastructure, technology procurement, and strategic partnerships. Working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners, you’ll ensure robust legal support across high-value contracts and negotiations. Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts, with a focus on network infrastructure and technology-related agreements. Advising senior leadership on legal risk and regulatory compliance and supporting strategic projects, joint ventures, and key supplier relationships. You will also managing external counsel when required. About You: Qualified lawyer with a minimum of 8 years’ post-qualification experience in commercial law. Strong experience working on telecoms, infrastructure, or large-scale network contracts. In-house experience within telecoms or technology sectors highly advantageous. Excellent negotiation, drafting, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, commercially driven environment
