Job Title: Technical Service Manager About the Role: We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical services Manager to join a leading Tier 1 Main Contractor delivering high-profile projects across London . This is an exciting opportunity to work with one of the industry’s most reputable names, on complex schemes across commercial, residential, healthcare, and mixed-use developments. The successful candidate will oversee all Mechanical, Electrical & Public Health installations on-site, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities: Manage the full lifecycle of MEP services from pre-construction through to handover Liaise with design teams, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure coordinated delivery Ensure compliance with technical specifications, regulations, and company standards Provide technical leadership and support across multiple packages Monitor and report on programme, cost, and quality progress Oversee commissioning, testing, and handover processes Champion health & safety across all MEP works Requirements: Proven experience as an Technical Services Manager on large-scale construction projects Experience working with a Tier 1 Main Contractor is essential Strong knowledge of UK building regulations and MEP systems Degree or HNC/HND in Building Services, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent) Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and resolve technical challenges on-site
