Project Manager – Events Agency - Hybrid - Circa £40k - West Midlands Are you a super-organised Project Manager with a passion for bringing experiences to life? We’re working with an events agency that’s looking for a talented Mid-Weight Project Manager to join their growing team! You’ll be the engine behind the delivery of unforgettable corporate experiences and live activations for some of the world’s most recognisable names. From pitch to post-event wrap-up, you’ll ensure everything runs like clockwork. The Role: As a Mid-Weight PM, you’ll take ownership of projects from initial brief through to flawless execution. Reporting into a Senior Project Lead, your day-to-day will include: Managing timelines, budgets, and resource planning Working closely with creative, production, and client services teams Liaising with suppliers and venues Creating and maintaining detailed project documentation Ensuring all aspects of delivery meet brand guidelines, budget, and deadlines The Candidate: 2 years’ experience in events project management A proven understanding of event production, suppliers, budgeting and logistics Experience with corporate events, internal comms, B2B is a plus Impeccable attention to detail and time management Confident communicator, both with internal teams and clients Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative agency environment This would suit an event manager brand side or agency, with experience in event production, driving a busy calendar, with proven project management experience.
