Job Description

FLI Water, part of the FLI Group, is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead the successful delivery of water and wastewater projects across the UK. Your Mission You’ll be the heartbeat of site operations, managing health & safety, quality, productivity and budgets. With the support of your project team, you'll oversee subcontractors, materials and schedules, ensuring projects are delivered safely and to the highest standards. What You’ll Do • Lead day-to-day site activity and progress meetings • Coordinate contractors, labour, plant and materials • Manage risk assessments, toolbox talks, inductions • Uphold impeccable safety and environmental standards • Liaise confidently with clients and project partners • Report costs, resource usage and site performance • Tackle technical challenges and review design drawings • Champion FLI Water’s commitment to SHEQ excellence Your Credentials • M&E background with strong site leadership experience • SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS Card • Water Hygiene (EUSR), Temporary Works Coordinator • Confined Space & Appointed Person (desirable) • Strong communicator and multitasker with great attention to detail Why FLI Water?
