They currently seek a Senior Project Manager to join their London team due to a number of new project wins, these are a mix of commercial and residential new build, cut/carve and CAT A with contract values £5m-100m. About you: You will ideally be a experienced project management professional with 4 years experience in a consultancy delivering projects under JCT contract. Additional candidate attributes: Degree qualified in a property related subject Ideally chartered such as MRICS, MCIOB, RIBA or equivalent 4 years project management experience Experience delivering new build, cut & carve or fit out projects Strong commercial acumen Excellent written and verbal communication They offer: Mentor programme Wellness allowance Annual bonus Private medical Life assurance Annual trip Flex working 1 day per wk
