Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-known local authority based in Surrey who are seeking an Employment Solicitor to join their team on a contract basis. This role pays a competitive rate of: PAYE (Inc.Hol) - £44.06 - £48.41 per hour Umbrella - £50 - £55 per hour Responsibilities as a Employment Solicitor: Give legal advice on employment law matters. Draft and review contracts, policies, and employment-related documents. To manage Employment Law caseload from start to completion. To motivate and engage the team to create the right working environment to influence effective performance.
