What You'll Do Write clean, maintainable and high-performant Rust code. Design and execute tests to ensure reliability, security, and scalability of your software. Profile and benchmark to crush latency and resource usage. ️ Own the whole software lifecycle: requirements, design, architecture, implementation, testing, deployment and monitoring. Engage directly with customers to gather requirements, present progress updates, and incorporate feedback. About You Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related field. 2 years of working experience Must be comfortable working day-to-day in English. Pragmatic in every decision: able to trade-off between multiple options knowing the constraints. Experience in at least two of C/C++, Go, Rust, or Python. ️ Experience with databases and Git. ️ Able to work independently with minimal supervision. Experience with docker and containers. Familiar with blockchain fundamentals, consensus algorithms, smart contracts, peer-to-peer networks, data structures such as Merkle trees and networks. Bonus Points ️ Experience in safety or mission-critical industries (aerospace, defense, automotive). Experience with ipfs, libp2p or peer-to-peer stacks. Familiar with applied cryptography and zero-knowlege. Open source contributor. International experience living abroad. What We Offer Paid Cursor license.
