The role requires a proven ability to synthesise and summarise insights from publicly available social media data and online resources. Detailed analytical abilities together with a strong emphasis on qualitative research are a crucial part of the services we offer to clients. What You’ll Do Analyse social media data: Collect, monitor, and analyse publicly available social media and online sources to identify trends, narratives, and emerging issues. Transform data into insights: Apply both quantitative and qualitative techniques to uncover meaningful patterns and generate actionable intelligence. Communicate findings: Create compelling reports, visualisations, and dashboards in English that translate complex data into clear insights for both technical and senior audiences. Stay ahead of the curve: Leverage OSINT (Open-Source Intelligence) techniques and stay up to date on the latest in social media analytics tools and technologies. What You’ll Bring A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Sciences, International Relations, Political Science, Journalism, or a related field. Demonstrable experience in data analysis, especially in social media monitoring and analytics. Proficiency with data visualisation tools and an understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. A curious mind, critical thinking skills, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, client-focused projects. Experience or knowledge in OSINT is a plus. Why Join Us?
