About the role: Responsible for managing warehouse operations, coordinating teams, monitoring KPIs and costs, and ensuring compliance with operational and continuous improvement processes. Daily Responsibilities Oversee warehouse activities including receiving, shipping, and material preparation Use spreadsheets to analyze and interpret data Resolve issues and escalations related to warehouse operations and support Drive warehouse activities aligned with revenue plans Supervise cycle count accuracy and implement necessary improvements Lead and manage warehouse teams effectively Communicate clearly and professionally across departments Organize, plan, and manage time efficiently Work with systems such as Oracle (preferred) or similar platforms Analyze data to support decision-making Basic Requirements Education: Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, or related field Fluent English (Conversational) Work on site (Vallejo) Tools: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook Skills in planning, project management, and logistics Proven experience leading teams and managing warehouse operations
