Here’s what you’ll be doing: Source quality candidates across admin, legal, finance, property, and executive sectors Write and publish job ads on SEEK and LinkedIn, learning how to cut through the noise Conduct phone screens to assess fit, availability, and motivation Coordinate interviews and manage communication between candidates and consultants Write sharp, professional candidate summaries to support client submissions Conduct general registration conferences with candidates who haven’t applied for a specific role but are actively seeking new employment opportunities Liaise with the Australian Criminal Intelligence Commission (ACIC) to coordinate criminal history checks as part of our screening process Run reference checks and maintain accurate, compliant documentation Keep candidate records up to date in our system (Loxo), no loose ends Provide general admin support across recruitment workflows and team projects What you need to bring: Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially on the phone Excellent time management and the ability to stay calm under pressure Attention to detail, you take pride in clean work and clear follow-through Energy, reliability, and a team-first mindset Curiosity and coachability, you're not expected to know everything, just be hungry to learn No recruitment experience required, we’ll back the right attitude over a perfect résumé What’s in it for you: Full-time role with structured onboarding, training, and progression Direct mentorship from experienced consultants and company leadership Paid gym membership, parking, team incentives, and Friday lunches Office located in Southport, less than 100m from the coastline and Australia Fair Access to the country’s best recruitment tech stack A career that’s fast, human, and never boring, no two days the same Recruitment isn’t just a job, it’s a career that changes lives, including your own.
